SALES POLICY

All sales from Shimmer & Bliss are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items in perfect and new condition may be returned for company credit or exchanged for another item within 14 days of receipt.

Due to the handmade nature of our merchandise, there will be slight differences and inconsistencies in some items. These are just some of the charming imperfections that come along with purchasing our one-of-a-kind goodies.

EXCHANGES

PLEASE NOTE: There are no returns, store credits, or exchanges on custom orders.

If you would like to exchange or return an item (EXCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS) you must have the corresponding invoice # for the item.

Please follow the steps below carefully:

1) Call Shimmer & Bliss at 512.997.5872 or email customer service at customerservice@shimmerandbliss.com in order to obtain a Return Authorization # for your item.

2) We will send your Return Authorization # via phone, fax, or email.

*Remember: You must obtain a Return Authorization # to process all store credits or exchanges.

3) Once you receive your Return Authorization #, pack the item securely with your Return Authorization # and invoice # on the exterior of the box. See sample below.

4) Send your package via prepaid mail to the address above. We recommend UPS/FedEx for fast service and security purposes. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.

*Please insure your package. We are not responsible for returned or exchanged items lost in transit due to delivery error.

5) No exchanges or credits will be granted after 14 days from date of sale or without a Return Authorization # and invoice #. Returns will not be processed until we’ve received your original item.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If there is an item you would like created, please visit our DESIGN YOUR OWN page under our Women's collection. If that page does not offer what you are looking for, please feel free to email us at designyourown@shimmerandbliss.com and we will work with you to create your special and unique design.

SHIPPING AND ORDER FULFILLMENT

RATES, INSURANCE and SERVICES

We use UPS for all our shipping needs and insure all our packages. Shimmer & Bliss will ship anywhere UPS ships within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Rates are as follows:

UPS Ground (3-5 business days) $14 UPS 2-Day Air $24 UPS Next Day Air $34

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 pm will be processed that day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

SALES TAX

Sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all orders shipped to locations in Texas.

MODIFYING AN ORDER

Any modifications or cancellations to your order must be made prior to the order being processed and shipped. Please email customerservice@shimmerandbliss.com or call us 512.997.5872 for any change requests.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Shimmer & Bliss will contact you by email or telephone if the merchandise you have selected is not available.

GIFT WRAP

Shimmer & Bliss ships all merchandise in unique, eco-friendly packaging.

Shimmer & Bliss currently accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
